Productivity, physico-chemical and fractional composition of protein complex of winter wheat varieties competitive trials depending on weather conditions

The article presents the research results of winter wheat varieties competitive variety trials on the yield, physico-chemical and fractional composition of protein complex depending on the meteorological conditions for the 2016-2017 High productivity marked by varieties of of 48.4 to 56.2 kg/ha in favourable 2017. Due to the high yield, the content of crude protein and gluten in the varieties decreased, as evidenced by the data of many researchers.
