Productivity and quality of spring wheat corn in connection with soil acidity and supply of mineral and organic substances

The author estimated an influence of soil media pH in leached chernozem, liming of soils and application of different fertilizers on productivity, content and protein fraction composition, amount of gluten and also on technological parameters of corn quality in different varieties spring wheat. It was shown that control of soil media pH leads to the change of mineralization of organic nitrogen-containing soil compounds and to the increase of content of mineral nitrogen, material effects on crop formation and corn quality of different wheat varieties. Optimal soil acidity causes the rise of productivity, contents of damp gluten and protein, and improvement of fraction composition of latter.
