Productivity of oil flax at the different herbicide applications

Till the recent times, herbicides were primarily permitted for application on fiber flax, this reason they were used for oil flax. So one of the most promising ways to control weeds in flax sowings and increase its productivity is the further studying on selection of the most effective herbicides from recommended for this crop. We studied influence of herbicides application on oil flax seed and oil yield, oil content in seeds in fields of the All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops by Pustovoit V.S. (Krasnodar), on leached black soil in 2017-2018. We used soybean as forecrop. Weeds infestation was weak: from 0 to 5 weeds per a sq. m. the trial scheme included the further variants: 1. Control, without any treatments; 2. Control, without herbicide application, with hand weeding; 3. Application of Tifi, VGD - 0.025 kg per ha; 4.
