Research data on the influence of sowing dates, seeding rates and fertilizer on the weediness of farro cultures, the coefficient of water consumption and the yielding capacity of grain of the Runo variety are presented. The experiments were conducted in 2017-2019 on meadow-chernozem soil with average fertility, low humus content and high loam content under the conditions of the southern forest-steppe of the Omsk Region. Farro was sown in three different terms - May 5, 15 and 25, with seeding rates of 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 million germinating grains per hectare against two different backgrounds - without fertilizers and with simultaneous application of ammophos during sowing (N12P52). By accounting for moisture reserves in a 1-meter-deep layer of soil during sowing and harvesting, as well as the amount of rainfall during the growing season, the water consumption coefficient was determined.
