Productivity of topinambur under the conditions of treatment of microelements with salt

Jerusalem artichoke tubers are a promising ingredient in the restaurant industry, as they restore human metabolism. Therefore, it is important to increase the nutritional value of Jerusalem artichoke tubers and its productivity. The paper considers the influence of various concentrations of solutions of cobalt chloride, potassium iodide and sodium selenate on the biomass of Jerusalem artichoke tubers. It was found that when treating plants, the maximum effect was exerted by 1.2% cobalt chloride solution, 0.006% potassium iodide solution and 0.02% sodium selenate solution.
