Chinese food service companies have gradually started to implement a brand strategy, but there is still a large gap compared to foreign food service companies. This study uses SWOT analysis to identify the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese foodservice brands, as well as put forward proposals for implementing the brand strategy of Chinese foodservice enterprises by combining the analysis of the STP marketing strategy and the theory of sensory marketing.
