The draft Federal law "On the principles of the state youth policy in the Russian Federation"

Sting the status of the youth, for development and implementation of the youth policies is still not agreed upon. The article covers the basic normative legal acts regulating the state youth policies including attempts to adopt the discussed law. One of the latest draft laws was the one proposed by Orel Oblast Soviet of people's deputies which was called "On the principles of the state youth policy in the Russian Federation". The draft law proposes main terminology and directions for state youth policy including innovations such as creating new bodies in the state power system including President's of the Russian Federation Youth Ombudsman, which are to be organised according to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation and constituent entities' legislation.
