The Group of Four (G4) project on the reform of the UN Security Council: current status and possibilities for implementation

The article examines the project of reforming the UN Security Council according to the scenario of the Group of Four (G4). The main provisions of the initiative are analyzed, the possibilities of the project implementation are assessed and the factors preventing it are analyzed. The possibility of implementing the initiative is predicted.
