Project of open semantic technology of the componental design of intelligent systems. Part 2: unified model design

The article is a second one in a cycle of articles, dedicated to an open project aimed towards design and development of a component intellectual systems creation technology. The paper addresses unification of semantic data processing models - models of informational search, models of knowledge integration, models of problem solving, models of semantic networks translation into external presentation and vice versa. The model of component design of intellectual systems based on unified semantic models of intellectual systems is described. The means of ensuring the open nature of technology of intelligent systems, methods of their evolutionary design and principles of meta-system designed for complex design support intelligent systems are described.
