Highway design with the use of asphalt concrete on a granulated rubber-bitumen binder

The article considers the possibility of obtaining a multi-crushed asphalt-concrete mixture using a granulated rubber-bitumen binder and its applications for the construction of upper layers of road surfaces in the Republic of Buryatia. The results of experimental studies on optimizing the composition of the asphalt concrete mixture were obtained. The properties of asphalt concrete, exploited in 1 road-climatic zone, from the amount of organic and rubber bitumen binder are determined. The possibility of obtaining high-quality asphalt concrete without fundamental changes in its preparation and installation technology with the use of an additive made from rubber crumbs is proved in the paper.
