The model of information estimation of risk incremening in the unpredicted control situation, allowing raising a robust level of the knowledge bases at the expense of inclusion of the description of parameters of risk of an emergency situation in inference production rules of the fuzzy controller knowledgebase is described. The algorithm of knowledge bases design for the robust fuzzy controller, capable to function under the conditions of uncertainty information is presented. On a test example application of the described technology of design of robust control is considered.
