Designing of forms of industrial-commercial integration on the basis of typology of compound goods exchange operations

Article is devoted to the problems of a choice by the enterprises of variants of export relations. The author analyzes the features of formation of typology of goods exchange operations considering specific character of the exchange of competences. The special attention in article is given to research of leasing peculiarities. The list of the risks connected with leasing is substantiated. Recommendations on implementation of export relations on the basis of leasing relations are given.
