The foreign language learning management in higher education and the demands of regional labour market

The article deals with the possibilities of project management of foreign language learning programs taking into account students’ professional and personal needs and regional labour market demands. The authors present results of a questionare survey of young specialists in science-related fields (Master''s Degree students and postgraduates of Southern Federal University) and the assessment of Rostov Region employers'' polling in order to evatuate the foreign language competency demand in professional activities and the possibilities of rising motivation for foreign language learning in lifelong education system.
