Designing an integrated management function to ensure the process of educating university students

The article considers the issue of improving the effectiveness of educational activities of university students, from the point of view of the continuity of the educational and educational process. The analysis of possible approaches to the organization of the educational process leads us to the conclusion that the use of complex functions will reduce the cost of organizing the educational process compared with the project approach. The complex function allows us to take into account the interrelation of the factors on which the educational process depends, the digitalization of this process will make it possible to use an individual approach to the education of students. The solution proposed by the author will make it possible to increase the competitiveness of the university and create conditions for achieving strategic goals.
