Designing measures of the system of ecological and economic security in development of the Arctic region

The article is devoted to the mechanism for the implementation of innovative economic development goals, which can be universal for any industry. In this work, we substantiate the special role of the education sector, which creates the conditions for organizing and managing the activities of sustainable development entities in relation to a specific territory of the region. At the same time, at various levels of the education management system, correlated measures are needed that will contribute to the effective combination of sustainability and innovative development of the economy of the Arctic region.
