The article describes a model of advanced training of general education executives, aimed at creating a special competence of a manager. The authors consider the model that includes a diagnostic system, a program of training sessions, textbooks, individual programs of advanced training, criteria and indicators for evaluation of the maturity of professional and pedagogical competences of the education executives.
