Development of educational trajectories of students of senior classes as social technology of work with youth

In this paper the educational trajectories of students in the upper grades and the factors that influence their construction are considered. The presented analysis of sociological research data made it possible to confirm the influence of certain factors on the process of constructing educational trajectories: the place of education in the structure of the values of young people, the availability of necessary knowledge and skills, motivation, and trends in the development of society. Based on theoretical and analytical work, a list of recommendations that must be observed when designing the trajectory of development in the field of education is compiled. Among these recommendations, we identified orientation to individual psychological and intellectual abilities and needs, comprehensive diagnosis of individual psychophysiological features, orientation to long-term design, monitoring, counseling of specialists and practice-orientation.
