Designing a subprocess of management of innovative policy of the organization

The article considers the issue of managing the innovation policy of the Administration of the Leninsky intracity district of the Samara city district. The place of the innovation policy management subprocess in the process of innovation activity management was shown, as well as the problems in managing this subprocess were identified. Several activities are proposed for the development of an organization’s innovation policy subprocess. A technology has been developed to create an innovation department within the organization, which will achieve the planned goals and objectives of managing the innovation policy and the implementation of innovative activities in general.
