Designing the organization's cost management subprocess

For the development of innovative activity, there is a need to research, measure the state and reform individual sub-processes of financial management of the organization. The study showed the presence of problems in the activities of the subprocess of cost management in the organization. To eliminate problems within the framework of this subprocess, innovative proposals for their resolution have been formed. A new technology for managing the selected sub-process has been developed to improve its activities in the organization.
