The aspects of use of polymeric composite materials in the load-bearing frame constructions of optic telescopes are reflected with account of modern demands to size stability, mass characteristics, resistance and persistence of construction to external attacking factors. The results of engineering and choice of structural arrangement of size-stable integrated load-bearing frame construction of optical electronic module (OEM), made of composite materials, are presented. The calculation dependences, determinative two-dimensional neutral isotropic structures of composite, using for generation of size-stable constructions, are shown. The characteristics of materials, used in the construction of frame, are reported. The possibility of generation of size-stable frame construction of OEM with the level of size-stability approximately 10-6 by numerical method of sustainable diagram of reinforcement and choice of materials for investigation of strain-stress state are analyzed. The modal analyses, the calculation of strain-stress state of frame construction from exposure to use forces are conducted.
