Creation of a regional networking institute of innovative education

The article is concerned with creation of a new institution - regional networking institute of innovative education. The authors analyse the model in the context of current modernisation of the Russian education as a whole, lifelong professional education, knowledge economics and new paradigm of interaction between fundamental and applied scientific knowledge.
