Planning of learning outcomes in the structure of a competence-based model of higher vocational education

The article is devoted to the problem of a syllabus in a competence-based model of higher vocational education. A new construction of a syllabus structure based on the competence approach and the «learning outcomes» concept are recommended. The example of the learning outcomes assignment in the new syllabus structure is represented.
