For the development of economic systems, it is necessary to constantly design and promote methodological tools of an innovative nature. The methodology of reforming the processes and attributes of management has been developed on the basis of modern tools regulated within the ontology of management science. This methodology is used to develop and introduce changes to the elements of the personnel motivation system as part of the implementation of the organization's strategy and policy priorities of the main attributes of management. Improving the performance of the personnel motivation system in the selected organization has determined the need to develop management technology to promote changes in its functioning.
