Designing training system in an educational institution on the basis of special-purpose programme

Teachers who improve their qualification have always been interested in the possibilities to use effective forms of education. Today, one of innovative forms of education is social simulation game. It allows to design the forms of cooperation and interaction required by society. This game is an artificially created situation that allows to study processes in the educational institution and its social environment. The game participants create a situation model that shows occurring events and practice the ways to improve this situation. The results of the game allow to synchronize further actions of all educational process participants quickly. Therefore, improvement of modeling skills becomes very important in teachers training.
