Design of a universal model of parental education in preschool education

The experience of designing a model of parental education, formed in the period from 2019 to 2024 in the process of creating and operating a distributed center for advisory support and organizational and methodological support for raising children in a family on the basis of the State University of Humanities and Technology, Orekhovo-Zuyevo urban district, is summarized. The model has been tested and implemented in educational organizations of the Moscow region on the basis of consultation platforms of zonal associations located in preschool educational organizations, centers for supporting foster families and centers for psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation. The initial characteristics of parental competencies are presented as target guidelines for the organization of pedagogical education (autonomous and resourceful parenting). The results of an analysis of regional practices in organizing support for families raising preschool children are presented. An algorithm for constructing a model of parental education based on the capabilities of educational organizations, the interests of the family and the needs of the child in preschool education is described. It is concluded that the model is universal (can be implemented in any operating conditions of educational organizations) and assumes a variable component that takes into account the sociocultural specifics of the regions of the country, the capabilities and needs of the subjects of parental education.
