This article discusses the basic concepts of reactive programming, presents a comparative analysis of the performance of the reactive approach using Spring WebFlux and the traditional imperative approach based on Spring MVC for building high-load web applications. The study demonstrates the advantages of reactive programming in the context of processing a large number of simultaneous requests and efficient use of system resources.
