Project activity as the mechanism of implementation of the territory strategy

The article is devoted to the implementation of project activities at the regional level and acts as a development strategy for regional development. There are a large number of developed strategies, but there are no effective mechanisms for their implementation. Creation of an effectively functioning mechanism is based on the main methodological principles that are characteristic for the formation of a strategic management system.
