Patriotic education today is the basis for the formation of an individual. Within the framework of professional education, this issue is given great attention both by the state as a whole and in each educational institution. However, the issue of the effectiveness of integrating the patriotic aspect of educating a future graduate with the learning process, during which he or she must acquire the necessary professional competencies, is still relevant. In the process of obtaining professional education, in our opinion, patriotic education can be implemented through project activities. The project approach, on the one hand, enables the student to develop a specific project and be practically involved in the process of creating a finished product, on the other hand, to feel the entire process as a whole, in the education system as a whole. Written on a patriotic topic, implemented or just preparing for implementation, the finished product allows you to see all the specifics of its creation - from partners and resource costs to your own competencies. This approach encourages the listener to either narrow the time and financial framework, or, on the contrary, expand them. Only the project approach is able to immerse the executor of this project in the product being created as deeply as possible, so the project is a long-term educational perspective, especially within the framework of professional education. It is this approach that allows us to present patriotic education in the system, and to immerse the student who is developing the project in it, to arouse interest.
