Project Activities in the Field of Culture: Regional Aspect

The peculiarities of the territorial structure of the Russian Federation also determine the specifics for the state cultural policy implementation. It is the regional level where the state policy transits to the regional policy. Maintaining the distinctive culture of a multi-ethnic Russia is the most important task of regional programs and projects in the field of culture and art. The introduction of effective mechanisms for implementing cultural policy in the regions will enable the formation of a multicultural space, and, as a result, a civil society with common values and the absence of national conflicts. The article analyzes the existing approaches to the implementation of projects in the field of culture and art in the regions. As a result, proposals were developed to improve the efficiency of project activities in the regions.
