The project activities is one of the most effective and innovative types of educational students’ activities in the system of modern education. It stimulates the acquisition of new knowledge, in-depth study of subjects, contributes to skills and research skills development. The use of project-oriented and research technologies is observed at all levels of education, in all subject areas. In physical education, the method of projects allows to familiarize the students with systematic physical activities, to diversify the educational process by using different methods, means, approaches and forms of organization; theoretically studying the questions of students’ interests aimed at physical development, improvement, and checking this at practical classes. In the process of working on the project, the physical education of the individual, self-development, self-knowledge and self-organization are carried out.
