The affordable housing market development based on design and programming approach

This paper summarizes findings and implications from the leading national project called Affordable and Comfortable Housing for the Russian Citizens. Affordable housing is one of the major problems and challenges in socioeconomic development of the Russian Federation. The research presents key findings on a controversial reality of affordable housing, which impede implementation of the national project. In addition, the paper offers policies designed to address the vital issue and ensure the project implementation.
