Project management as a factor of economic efficiency improvement and quality of healthcare service

The problem of managing the economic efficiency and quality of services provided in medical organizations, including the implementation of new information systems, is relevant for all healthcare organizations without exception. The effectiveness of project management is reflected in such indicators as the speed of project implementation, implementation costs, the number of errors and, in general, the percentage of completed projects. The article is devoted to an overview of the basic factors and methodological recommendations for improving the efficiency of project activities in medical organizations. The authors consider the simplest and most cost-effective tools that make it possible to increase the efficiency of project management in a medical organization at minimal cost.
