Project management as a factor of development of material and technical and human resource potential in professional educational organizations

The article describes the experience of a professional educational organization for implementing project management technology to solve the problem of improving the quality of vocational educa-tion, discloses a mechanism for developing and implementing a project to modernize and update the material and technical base as part of the implementation of the state program of the Russian Fe-deration “Development of Education” “Updating and modernization of the material and technical base of professional educational organizations”.
