Project management in innovative activities of industrial enterprises

This article analyzes approaches to organizing the management of innovative projects at an industrial enterprise. The authors carried out analytical work on the study of various models for the development of project management at the enterprise. The rules for conducting project management and their content, models for the development of project management at an enterprise are presented, the type of digital system for managing innovative projects of industrial enterprises is determined, a modern model of the process of managing innovative projects is indicated, taking into account the ethical component. It is concluded that the situation of the current sanctions restrictions requires new ways of developing the Russian economy in order to overcome the gap between the existing innovative potential of Russian enterprises and the need to ensure independence from the world market. It is required to adapt the known methods of managing innovation and project implementation to the specifics of the current period. The priority direction of the innovative activity of Russian industrial enterprises should be the development of innovative projects, which should be managed using project management technologies with adaptation to Russian conditions and realities, taking into account ethical principles and aspects of digitalization.
