Project management in the construction industry of St. Petersburg on the example of the state information system of St. Petersburg "Capital construction"

The construction industry, like the Russian economy as a whole, is undergoing a period of systemic changes reflecting both global economic changes and the internal transformation of the industry. The systemic implementation of project management mechanisms and improvement of the organization of project activities, including the creation and development of an information system for project management, as well as the development of competencies of project participants, is relevant. The object of the research is the existing project management system in the construction industry of St. Petersburg using the example of the state information system of St. Petersburg "Capital Construction". The subject of the research is the established methods of project management using the state information system of St. Petersburg "Capital Construction". The purpose and objectives of this study are to formulate proposals for the development of project management in the construction industry of St. Petersburg.
