Project and programme-targeted approaches to youth work

The article is devoted to the study of experience of application of project and program-targeted approaches in work with youth. The content of municipal program and municipal project implemented in Yekaterinburg is analyzed. The expert estimation of efficiency of the municipal program and the basic problems of its realization is presented.
