The project approach to public administration innovative development of economy

In modern conditions Russian economic crises could be overcome only following the innovation development model. The achievement of the social and economic development of the country requires the use of modern toolkit of strategic and project management in public administration. Basics of strategic planning were enshrined in Russian Federal Law of 2014. Project approach has proved effective in the implementation of various business-project. That''s why at present it''s integrating into the practices of public authority. Project planning ensures implementation of the goals and objectives of the innovation social and economic development, that were written in the documents of strategic planning of the country as a whole and individual regions.
