Project management approach to estimation of efficiency of services in the sphere of business education

Modern business is characterized by the large scales of investments into such assets as personnel qualification. Consequently, measurement of return on investment into personnel training becomes one of the important tasks. The results of the author’s research of the problems connected with the decision making concerning training the top managers of the companies are given in the article. The procedure of calculation of the effectiveness of investments in the programs of business-schools based on the project management approach is given.
