Project approach - the most effective management methodology for enterprises of event industry

The article substantiates expediency of project approach implementation in management of Russian event enterprises as the most efficient administration methodology, which considers all the specifics of event industry, as well as characteristics of special events. The author comes up with solutions reflecting recency of the approach, confiding in adaptation of a certain standardized methodology for projects managing in event enterprises activity, resulting in substantial profit both for event companies and the industry in general.
