Public private partnership projects as one of the mechanisms of interaction between government and business. Theoretical aspects

Recent years projects based on public-private partnership are becoming more and more popular. This mechanism is referred to as one of the most effective tools to overcome the infrastructure deficit. However, despite a great interest to the PPP projects, there is no universal definition of this mechanism. In this article we review the definition and contents of the term "public- private partnership", consider the guidelines for implementing the projects, their forms and types.
