Profession of a "sportsman": comparative and legal aspect

Various countries depending on specifics of social, economic and political system form conditions for development of mass and professional sports. The Labor Code of the Russian Federation in Article 351 recognized a sportsman as a special subject of labor and legal relationships. It is necessary to precisely characterize his/her status taking the international experience into account.
