Professionalization in social work: essence, factors of formation

The article examines the main factors of professionalization, including the system of training of specialists in social work, ethics of profession, the dynamics of professionalization of social work. Analysis subjected to different views on the concept of professionalism and competence of social workers, including those developed and implemented for the social workers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
