Professional adaptation of young specialists

The article discusses the difficulties and features of the professional adaptation of a young specialist, factors affecting this process. Two methods of integration into the work environment were analyzed and identified, the problems that new employees are facing and the ways to solve them, taking into account the individuality of each. The issue of students being unprepared for work in the company was also raised in the article.
