Vocational and gender identity in the context of personality motivation of political science students

The article describes features of vocational and gender identity of students with major in political science. It’s elicited, that young men and women don’t differ in their self-appraisal level, but the men appraise themselves in more positive way. The author specifies that there are differences between young men and women according to the personality motivation. The men are more selfish and result-focused, while the women are process-focused and guided by altruist motives.
