Professional identity of Ministry of Internal Affairs’ female employees in Russia: analysis of the problem

The formation phenomenon of professional identity is being considered from the position of different conceptual approaches. The main factors and stages of its formation are identified. There are justified cognitive, emotionally-evaluative and behavioral component in the structure of professional identity of female employees of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia
