Professional ethics of civil servants in the prevention of corruption

Corruption is a serious threat both to society and to the state as a whole. In the era of modern times, when the organization of the life of society has reached a qualitatively new level, it is necessary to understand that this problem has become serious. Corruption can seriously shake the democratic foundations both in the regions and in the whole state. That is why a large number of studies are devoted to this issue, the authors of which are trying to find a real solution to the issue of corruption. The article discusses the importance of using and disseminating ethical principles and values among citizens and officials in the modern world. The relationship between corruption and the ethical capabilities of civil servants has been traced for a sufficient amount of time. The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using various ethical codes of official conduct, as well as analyzes the results of a study on corruption both in the world and within our country.
