The article provides a theoretical analysis of the ethical aspects of the coach - instructor's work, discussing the essence of ethics in modern pedagogy and the role of professional ethics of the coach in shaping the personality of young athletes. Special attention is given to the professional ethics of the coach - instructor as a factor determining the formation of values among the younger generation.
