Professional motivation as the subject of the socialogical analysis

The article «Professional motivation as the subject of the sociological analysis» gives a specification to the notion of «professional motivation» which is based on the generalization of existing concepts. Also the article specifies the factors influencing the forming and changing of the professional motivation, its effectiveness and satisfaction of the professional labour. It allows to solve applied problems of sociological study of the professional motivation transformation of the student youth in the contemporary Russian society.
