Professional training as a basis of quality of future specialists

This article presents information about the stages in the formation of professional qualities in future teachers, psychological and pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of professional qualities in future educators, and also discloses a model of requirements reflecting professional qualities. In conclusion, the conclusion is drawn that a modern approach to the problem of developing and improving the formation of professional qualities of the future specialist is that learning is considered as self-development and self-improvement on the basis of one’s own actions.
