Professional training of personnel: answer to crisis

The results of a sociological research aimed at the investigation of changes in application to the relations of managers of large industrial companies to personnel professional training in the period of instability of external market situation are presented in the article. Multivalued influence of the economic crisis on the processes referred to the management of professional competitiveness of large industrial companies' employees is determined.
